Early morning, kiddies!
My life has been hectic (to say the least) since the last update, ranging from mundane errands (yawn) to responsibilities (ugh) to the surreal effects of reality and the pains of “growing up.”  I appreciate all of the support from those of you in my inner circle who are in the know, and for everyone else, thank you for bearing with me as I figured things out.

I am going to take this time to establish what will be taking place here at LORDHERO.COM for the foreseeable future: the goal is to at LEAST do a weekly post that serves as a consistent blog rather than the randomness that has been taking place.  Having one weekly column allows me to better integrate other facets and interests in my life into a blog/column for everyone’s viewing and discussion.  It also gives me a little head start in actually doing some art.

So with the minor update out of the way, here is Lord Hero #90 with slight editing that rectifies what has bothered me about the strip ever since I first published it months ago.

What follows below is an illustration I did for a good friend who shares the same birthday month as my own.   Some background information: currently she is a student in law school, but recently had a little snafu while walking to a case, or maybe it was a class.  I forget which it was, or maybe it was both, or maybe it was neither here nor there… all I am sure of is it was quick, sudden, and chaotic.  However, knowing her the way that I do, I think this image represents her respectfully, tastefully, and (most importantly) accurately (she will either argue in opposition to this or simply accept this, nod, and smile in agreement, I am ready for either).
