Sketch #13

I have stopped calling them “sketches of the day” because I simply have not been able to keep up (though I wish I had the time).  This is in commemoration of both one of the hottest summers in recent memory, as well as for the last single-digit-repeating-date we have this century until 01-01-2101 (I wanted to date as many things as possible; the actual image I produced has nothing to do with the number 9…).  Just some fun in the sun, with a “Toad” reference for any of you who are geeky enough to get it.
